Quonnie Knives offers the following Returns Policy:

Quonnie Knives customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before attempting to return any merchandise to us. All returns for non-defective goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Certain manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you must check with us first.

Quonnie Knives will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA#

Quonnie Knives will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 30 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.

RMA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
